Warranties and right of cancellation
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product received, you can change or be refunded. You will have 14 days from the date of delivery of the products to exercise the right of withdrawal, in the manner indicated in art. 6. Return items must be returned together with the transport document, which goes behind the written motivation for the return. It is strongly recommended the shipment by registered mail. Shipping costs are charged to you, except if you received defective products, damaged or incorrect. Parthenogen SAGL, upon receipt of the returned item, will refund the amount paid.
